Many problems and issues are simply covered up during the construction process. By having us inspect during construction you can have any issues addressed before they are out of site, and therefore have them corrected by the builder.
Let us compile a punch list for you.
We will do a full inspection of the property before you close, allowing you to have the builder make the final repairs or changes needed. This will avoid you trying to get the contractor back for warranty problems after they have left the site.
Our radon testing includes the placement of 2 short term passive kits, located in the property for a minimum of 72 hours. After the allotted test time we will pick up the test kits and they will be priority shipped to the lab for analyses. A detailed report will be available 2-3 days after pick up.
We use Air Chek radon test kits. Air Chek is one of the largest and most trusted names in radon testing.
Payment is due in full prior to completion of services.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and -- yes -- different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work -- a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
